As an Automation Specialist, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where your skills in automation and programming will be essential. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design and implement solutions using platforms like UiPath and Power Platform, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, empowering teams to work smarter, not harder.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect and implement automation solutions across multiple systems using platforms like UiPath and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and pinpoint areas for automation improvement.
- Develop low-code applications using Microsoft PowerApps to address specific business needs.
- Contribute to the establishment and growth of an Automation Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.
- Manage automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Oversee the operational aspects of automation platforms, including monitoring performance, managing tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain support processes for various automation scenarios.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to enhance deployed solutions and maximize their impact.
- Maintain governance and security standards across all automation platforms.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information technology with a focus on automation and programming.
- Proven experience building automations using platforms like Power Automate and UiPath.
- Strong understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into automation solutions.
- Expertise in developing and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) bots.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JSON, C#, and PowerShell.
- Experience with web development languages like HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET, C#.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint and the Microsoft O365 platform.
- Experience working with SQL databases, including building complex queries, SSIS packages, views, and stored procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of AI and experience developing AI agents.
- Experience integrating AI into automation solutions.
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.54 to $51.72 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
