Multi-Media Designer/Creator  

Position Overview
Our Investment client is is seeking a Multi-Media Designer to lead visual storytelling and content creation efforts across its senior living communities and other portfolio businesses. 

Details

• Role Type: Freelance
• Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Brighton, MI
• Duration: Through Year-End 2025
• Start Date: Mid-July preferred
• Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of compelling visual content across print, digital, and video formats
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, sales decks, campaign assets, and social/web/email content
• Capture and edit video and photography for facility highlight reels, resident/family interviews, and promotional content
• Develop and present creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life and maintain brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital, and video work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with videography, motion graphics, and photography
• Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Must be able to hit the ground running-ideally mid-level

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
