




Multi-Media Designer/Creator
Position Overview
Our Investment client is is seeking a Multi-Media Designer to lead visual storytelling and content creation efforts across its senior living communities and other portfolio businesses.
Details
- Role Type: Freelance
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Brighton, MI
- Duration: Through Year-End 2025
- Start Date: Mid-July preferred
- Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of compelling visual content across print, digital, and video formats
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, sales decks, campaign assets, and social/web/email content
- Capture and edit video and photography for facility highlight reels, resident/family interviews, and promotional content
- Develop and present creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life and maintain brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital, and video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with videography, motion graphics, and photography
- Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to hit the ground running-ideally mid-level
