Marketing Coordinator

**This role in ONSITE M-Th 7:30am-5:30pm, Fri. 7:30am-11:30am. Office is located at 290 and Tidwell.**

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for firm-wide marketing materials production. This person will be responsible for supporting a variety of marketing activities including proposals, events, social media, web updates, maintenance of databases, client files, project description files and mailing lists, brochures, and mailers.

Salary range is as follows:

0-5 years of experience ($50-$65k)

5+ years of experience ($60-$80k)

Essential Functions:

• Event Planning
• Maintenance of the website
• Social media updates
• Special marketing campaigns
• Graphics Design (basic level)
• Coordination and production of a variety of proposals
• Maintaining and updating marketing information (resumes, project sheets, mailing lists, etc.)

  Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing/Communications/English/Journalism/Graphic Design or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be comfortable performing in a deadline-oriented environment

  Marketing Software:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • WordPress (basic)
