The Tech Writer will follow this sequence for producing their written content described above:

• Discovery
• Initial Draft
• Review / revisions
• Approval from leadership
• Revisions

Responsibilities:

• Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions
• Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

Experience:

• Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: NO degree is required to be eligible for this role. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or english, journalism, communications helpful. This is a VERY technical position.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates without AI experience will not be eligible for the role. Candidates with marketing/writing experience would not be qualified.
• Best vs. Average: Experience with Tech Writing. Having Written content for engineering.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they meet deadlines and quality of work, team feedback.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.73 to $59.71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
