Aquent Studios is looking for a Customer Services Fulfillment Administrator to help support one of its top clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the Customer Services department. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology & Data Management:
- Assist with day-to-day operations and business continuity related to technology and data reporting
- Execute CRM and telephony systems administrative tasks
- Document repository administrative tasks, including creation and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
- Microsoft SharePoint site administration tasks, including user access, content management, and site maintenance
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of contact center team members, ensuring proper system access and permissions
- Provide ad-hoc support as needed
- Logistical Support:
- Print all letters generated from contact center databases and arrange for mailing
- Coordinate and arrange product retrievals when Product Quality Complaints are reported, including assembling and mailing biohazard boxes as needed
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/Bs
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience with CRM systems, Microsoft SharePoint, creating documentation, and basic data entry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). [OR WHATEVER SOFTWARE IS USED]
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
