Full Job Description

Aquent Studios is looking for a Customer Services Fulfillment Administrator to help support one of its top clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the Customer Services department. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology & Data Management:
    • Assist with day-to-day operations and business continuity related to technology and data reporting
    • Execute CRM and telephony systems administrative tasks
    • Document repository administrative tasks, including creation and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
    • Microsoft SharePoint site administration tasks, including user access, content management, and site maintenance
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of contact center team members, ensuring proper system access and permissions
    • Provide ad-hoc support as needed
  • Logistical Support:
    • Print all letters generated from contact center databases and arrange for mailing
    • Coordinate and arrange product retrievals when Product Quality Complaints are reported, including assembling and mailing biohazard boxes as needed

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/Bs
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience with CRM systems, Microsoft SharePoint, creating documentation, and basic data entry is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). [OR WHATEVER SOFTWARE IS USED]
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
