Senior Designer - On-Site in the Dania Beach area

Location: Dania Beach, FL
On-Site requirement: 5 days per week
Rate / Salary Range: $75-$85K
Timeline for hire: 3 rounds of interviews, ideally hiring within the month or so

Position Overview
Our agency client is seeking a Senior Designer to join their creative team! You'll be working on a myriad of print and branding related projects, with clients primarily in the hospitality, automotive, and tourism space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate their brands message and meet the needs of their clients. This will be a fun and fast paced opportunity where you'll be joining a 15 person creative team!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design graphics for a variety of media including print, branding and logo design.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality work.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables through Workamajig.
• Create logos and branding materials that align with client vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role within an agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is essential.
• Strong understanding of color theory and design principles.
• Experience with logo design and branding.
• Familiarity with Workamajig or similar project management tools.
• Nice to have: Experience in the hospitality industry.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Benefits

Paid Time Off & Sick Hours:

• 56 Sick/PTO hours (equivalent to 7 days).
• Additional 56 hours accrued annually on each one-year anniversary, with a carry-over limit of 112 hours.

Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan available after 90 days.
