Our financial services client is looking for a Digital Production Designer for an 18-month role (40 hrs/week). Candidates must be able to work onsite 4 days/week in Austin, TX (can work from home on the remaining day). 

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Production Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly digital solutions that align with our brand identity and enhance user experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create engaging user experiences for various digital platforms.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital and print media.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimization.
• Create branding materials and guidelines that reflect the company's vision and values.
• Develop storyboards and animations for digital marketing campaigns and presentations.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content to support marketing initiatives.
• Apply typography, color theory, and illustration techniques to enhance visual communication.
• Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.
• Experience in digital marketing and creating effective branding solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with animation and video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
