You’ll be the driving force behind designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for subscription products, collaborating with talented creators and ensuring every touchpoint resonates with users. Your expertise in various media formats, from digital and social to AV and print, will be essential in creating a cohesive and impactful customer journey. Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality, in-product media customer journeys across various platforms.
- Design for all aspects of subscription-based products (marketing, signup, management, payment methods, communication, cancellation, and re-engagement).
- Collaborate directly with talent and creators on creative development.
- Manage a high volume of creative and campaign types simultaneously.
- Ensure work aligns with principles of transparency, privacy, and trust.
- Clearly and concisely communicate concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and spec deliverables for final handoff.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual, UX, and production design skills.
- Experience designing for subscription-based products.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Deep understanding of content engagement across platforms and audiences.
- Expert problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in graphic design, video, animation, UX, prototyping, or storytelling.
- BA degree in design or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with accessibility.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with creative and production vendors.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.46 to $90.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
