Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to teach the team of designer's accessibility and to ensure up to date with compliance.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of –
- 40% – Meetings
- 20% – Working through bugs, triaging, creating specs for them.
- 40% – Creating specs for designers or creating training materials, for example PowerPoints.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years experience with Tech accessibility
- Minimum 2-4 years experience with Inclusive Design
- Minimum 2-4 years experience with Problem solving and conflict resolution
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $51 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
