Warehouse/Material Specialist
As the Warehouse/Material Specialist, you will plan and coordinate the inbound and outbound deliveries within the warehouse. You will ensure that the activities match the supply and demand of the product within the warehouse. Keeping time management in mind, you will expedite activities to ensure the material flow is efficient and minimize adjustments to orders. You will report to the Warehouse Manager, and you will work at our Milton, PA location.
Position Responsibilities
- You will support all new material set up and coordination
- You will help support new workstreams within the plant related to yield, safety, and Traksys
- You will supervise receipt and input of all inventory changes related to shipping and receiving of products
- You will conduct daily inventory cycles to ensure specific policies are complete including managing inventory levels within SAP
- You will manage shipping/receiving operations including order/cancellation/return processes
- You will schedule outbound and inbound deliveries
- You will work with other team members to review pick-up/delivery timeslots and capacity issues
- You will share communication and provide daily updates with both internal team members and external transportation, customer service, and deployers
- You will manage updating the database of scheduled orders and distribution schedules
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3+ years of warehouse experience required or a combination of education/experience
- Experience with controlling and maintaining records for material inventory, reconciliation, and managing transactions related to inventory
- Technology experience with inventory software and warehouse management systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends

You will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
