Vice President of Developmental & Cognitive Services - Hybrid

We are seeking a Vice President for our Developmental & Cognitive Services Division!
In this vital role, the Vice President for Developmental and Cognitive Services is responsible for the overall management and direction of all aspects of the Developmental & Cognitive Services Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care, compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, and financial viability of Division programs.
The Vice President for Developmental and Cognitive Services is a key member of Riverside's Senior Management Team providing input and advice on organizational planning and practices, representing administration within and outside of the organization, and providing leadership for the organization’s service system as a whole.
The Vice President will:
- Ensures high quality care is provided to all of the individuals we serve throughout the division.
- Ensures that all Division services, policies, procedures, and records meet all relevant internal and external requirements including Quality Management, Quest, payer, fiscal, standards (licensing, incident reports, SDR’s, timesheets, etc.)
- Establishes Division structure to ensure effective utilization of management, resources, and effective oversight.
- Ensures that all programs meet performance targets established internally or with funding sources. Ensures the production, collection, and submission of all necessary documentation and reports.
- Creates written policies and establishes and implements systems for Division programs to effectively and efficiently carry out all service and administrative requirements.
- Maintains a culture focused on quality care and compliance.
- Establishes a divisional culture of mutual support and respect, personal responsibility, empowerment and development of staff skills and programming.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40 hrs)/Hybrid

Required Skills

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills (in the English language)
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in budget development and oversight, program development, personnel management, and public relations
- Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team environment
- Ability to make effective public presentations
- Demonstrated high-level skills in treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to reliable transportation
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in a related field with at least ten years of healthcare/human service experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in management of multiple programs and/or service system
