Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vaccines Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping sales and marketing strategies for our specialty vaccine products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the vaccines ecosystem, a proven ability to build strong client relationships, and the drive to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited:

  • Analyze client needs in logistics, contracting, and decision-making.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at client accounts.
  • Develop data-driven client strategies and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Educate clients on vaccine benefits, address competitive risks, and negotiate effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams to execute product recommendations and achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor client performance and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts during contract negotiations and product listings.

Main Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree (preferably in health-related fields).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in sales or related fields (preferably in healthcare) within the last 3 years.
  • Familiarity with local healthcare and reimbursement systems is a plus.
  • Strong client engagement and business strategy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office Suite, iPad proficiency).
  • Availability to work based in Puerto Rico.
