UX Writer, Commerce and Subscription

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented UX Writer to join our team, focusing on enhancing user experience across our commerce and subscription platforms. The ideal candidate will craft clear, user-centered content that engages customers throughout the checkout process and ensures a seamless product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-focused copy for commerce and subscription products, including checkout flows and payment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with brand values and enhances user experience.
- Edit and refine content based on user feedback and legal requirements while maintaining privacy and security standards.
- Develop functional specifications and wireframes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Lead projects that improve user engagement and satisfaction, ensuring attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Contribute to localization efforts to make content accessible to diverse audiences.
- Facilitate presentations and discussions to advocate for user needs and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX writing, particularly in the commerce and subscription domains.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, including usability and accessibility.
- Experience with checkout flows, payments, and subscription services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, legal, and product teams.
- Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail in both content and design aspects.
- Proficiency in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with localization practices and the ability to adapt content for different markets.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
