Delivers Truist Leadership Institute’s (TLI) senior-level consulting and leadership development programs and solutions to Truist leaders, corporate clients, and education leaders throughout the organization’s footprint. Works with larger and more complex companies where adaptable solutions may be necessary. Mentors Senior Consultants.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Facilitates all TLI executive products and programs with all audiences.
2. Facilitates structured senior-level executive team development sessions for intact teams demonstrating the ability to understand and flex the offering to meet the emerging needs of clients.
3. Provides input for developing new programs/products as well as upgrading/improving existing products.
4. Support the Leadership Institute’s marketing efforts by writing contributing articles and whitepapers, and conducting podcasts
5. Using the International Coaching Federation (ICF) methodology, facilitates six month coaching engagements for senior level executives.
6. Mentors Senior Consultants as they join the team and learn the foundation content.
7. Assist sales team in managing and expanding client relationships by attending an introductory call to plan detail of program delivery and providing feedback to sales team after delivery when appropriate.
8. Demonstrates organization in thorough and timely follow up as it pertains to travel arrangements, session follow up notes, expense reports, facilitation schedules and preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Psychology or relevant field or equivalent education and related training
2. International Coaching Federation Coaching Certification
3. Seven years’ experience in consulting, coaching, or other related field
4. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of leadership and organizational consulting
5. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills both in person and in the virtual environment with the ability to customize and deliver content based on client needs
6. Ability to facilitate growth effectively with all levels of leadership and personality types, particularly at the executive level
7. High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential interactions
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
9. Demonstrated experience as a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Doctoral degree in Psychology or relevant field
2. Leadership experience and ability
3. Background in Business, Organizational Development, and/or HR Management
