Job Title: Travel Administrator (this position is Hybrid working 2 days a week in the SBH Texas Support Center)

Essential Function
This position will manage the travel and expense process for the company including crafting effective corporate travel policies and monitor traveling activity and programs, maintenance of the Motus and Concur systems, providing all status reporting and communication for the travel and expense reimbursements. They will be the go-to person for any relevant matter from using the Motus and Concur system to providing analysis on travel expenses to understanding travel warnings. In addition, this person will be responsible for resolving issues
Primary Duties
30% Manage employee inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses in addition to exceptional customer service. Serve as an escalation point for employees.
25% Provide expense analysis for department stakeholders as needed. Support internal and external audits
20% Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel, manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors, and administer credit card programs, charges and audits.
15% Drive continuous improvement of travel programs by providing recommendations on process/system enhancements and opportunities.
10% Provide assistance and user training when needed - maintain training documentation and procedures as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Degree or additional education preferred
- Minimum 2 years Motus/Concur experience required.
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
- Oracle experience would be an asset but not required.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
