We are seeking a Technical Business Lead to join our Manufacturing Test Engineering (MTE) Projects Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring production engineering test requirements are met across Aeronautics by leading a team responsible for the forecasting, acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of test equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Leadership:
* Collaborate with Design Lead to lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers supporting Lines of Business (LOBs) with test equipment acquisition.
* Train and develop lower labor grades to ensure team readiness and succession planning.
Project Management:
* Prioritize and track projects, ensuring successful execution of schedules and quality deliverables.
* Manage complexities involving varying site processes, security needs, and programmatic requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Act as the primary interface for the team, engaging daily with MTE across the enterprise, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
Process Development:
* Develop and implement new processes, procedures, and tools to support enterprise needs.
* Identify and drive process improvements to optimize operations and resource utilization.

Who You Are
* You are a seasoned engineering professional with experience in production, test, supply chain management, project engineering, or program management.
* You thrive in a fast-paced technical environment, excel at building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and have a proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and develop innovative solutions.


This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with Business Metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
* Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, &/or Program Management
* Experience as a Team Lead (formal or informal)
Desired Skills:
* Experience in F-35 Production Operations and/or Engineering
* Experience developing strategic process improvements
* Experience with contracts, change management, or bids and proposals
* Experience with Business Metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
* Familiarity with business processes (invoicing, billing, funding, etc.) in the context of subcontracts
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to communicate with peers, internal and external customers, management, and production technicians daily
* Must be able to successfully participate in a fast-paced test environment and make difficult decisions under pressure
* Active Secret Clearance
* Must be able to learn quickly and work independently and as part of a team
* Must have self-initiative and enjoy challenges
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
