Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Production Team Leader in Menomonie, WI will oversee production activities to support the plant's strategic goals focused on Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You will lead training and capability development to build a maintenance and operations team.
How Will You Affect our Business?
- Support Manufacturing Excellence programs, collaborating with Safety, Quality, Operations and other departments to improve plant Indicators
- Work with a multi-discipline team to identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Monitor and report on goals related to operations activities.
- Enhance present preventive maintenance programs to a system of predictive maintenance.
- Enforce company procedures regarding Safety, Quality/GMPs and Employee Conduct; maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork.
Do You Have What it Takes?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences or 3 years working in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two + years supervisory experience of production/maintenance operations
- Experience in the food industry.
- Experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP.
- Preferably the Team Leader will have mechanical experience.
- Must have a history of working safely, and a good attendance record.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
