Position Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to provide crucial administrative and operational support to our Talent Management team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support our team and candidates hands-on throughout the hiring process.

What You Will Do

  • Administering PI assessments, eSkills testing, and case study assignments to support candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, including booking travel for candidates as needed.
  • Maintaining candidate trackers, updating hiring forecast sheets, and managing open job report updates to keep hiring processes on track.
  • Providing support to recruiters by reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, and assisting with pipeline management.
  • Supporting Poster Guard & compliance tasks to ensure hiring processes meet all regulatory standards.
  • Assisting in migrating Google Docs to Microsoft, fixing broken links, and organizing SOPs/training materials to improve team efficiency.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting assistance as needed
  • Assisting in rolling out our new ATS, supporting process changes, documentation, and system training to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Performing all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Completing all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Ideally, you'll have

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a recruiting support role.
  • Experience with interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and hiring data tracking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities accurately and quickly.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, such as Paycom (iCIMS experience a plus!), and general HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related tools and resources.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.

This contract role offers an hourly pay rate of $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
