Honeywell's Connected Enterprise is hiring a Sr. Advanced UX Designer. As part of the HCE UX team you will work on projects that help Honeywell create better software experiences for their users. You'll help lead projects with product leaders, developers, other designers and customers to define and build software that solves the important issues our customers are having.

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid 3/2 (3 days in-office, 2 days remote work from home).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the entire iterative design process from discovery to launch.
* Work closely with product leaders to clarify and address key business/customer goals
* Collaborate with UX Research partners to discover and champion the needs of all customer groups and use that knowledge to help influence business strategies and design decisions.
* Partner with developers to deliver the best experience for the user
* Account for each stage of the user journey using user flow diagrams, sketches, etc.
* Design, implement and validate user interfaces for massively scalable programs and applications across desktop and mobile.
* Document functional user requirements to communicate design, process, rationale and decisions that direct and support UX/UI and functional design
* Lead the use and evolution of the Design System to create consistent interfaces our customers recognize as Honeywell products
* Lead and mentor designers and researchers

YOU MUST HAVE:
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics
*7+ years' experience in a SaaS and/or B2B digital product design organization
*7+ years' experience with tools for UX design (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

WE VALUE:
*Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, human factors, industrial design, or a similar related field.
*A portfolio that demonstrates not only your visual designs, processes, and thinking. It should also tell the story of what you contributed to the projects and how you helped lead the design process.
*The ability to lead user experience design projects in an agile software development environment
*Ability to dissect problems and uncover novel solutions
*The ability to lead strategic UX discussions.
*Prior experience with usability testing and user research
*Experience with multi-platform design, including Native Mobile, Responsive Web and Desktop Applications
*Excellent communications skills. You are accomplished at conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
*Passion to develop high-quality and intuitive User Interfaces
*Proven track record for close team teamwork and influencing outcomes with a well-informed direction
