As a Sr Tax Analyst, M&A here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our corporate tax team in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise in tax law and financial analysis will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing the organization's financial objectives. You will report directly to our Tax Director, M&A and you'll work out of our Corporate location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by providing tax structuring advice and guidance on M&A transactions, conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and assessing the tax implications of business strategies. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success of Honeywell's M&A activities and help drive the company's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct tax due diligence for potential M&A transactions
  • Assess the tax implications of proposed business decisions and transactions
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance
  • Assist in the integration of acquired companies from a tax perspective

THE BUSINESS UNIT

YOU MUST HAVE

* 3 + years of experience in tax analysis, preferably in M&A

WE VALUE

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Experience in conducting tax due diligence for M&A transactions

* CPA or equivalent certification * Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
