JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Support Specialist, Utilities will be responsible forprocurement contract support, including add/delete maintenance and tracking, first invoice reviews, and uncontracted account reviews. Additional support will include maintaining location and account attributes in our utility billing database so we ensure energy reporting data integrity. This role will also work with the Sr Analyst Financial Analytics to provide energy data for ad hoc field requests, help develop energy efficiency analytics and support monthly budget accruals and variance analysis.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
* Deregulated procurement contract administration, including add/delete tracking, first invoice reviews and uncontracted account reviews
* Evaluate deregulated energy invoices to confirm billed contract prices are accurate
* Support monthly utility accruals and budget variance analysis
* Respond to monthly requests from the field for energy data and utility variances
* Maintain all location and account attribute details in the utility bill database
* Maintaining internal utility reports and working with utilities for regulated rate reviews as needed

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Education: Bachelors/4 year degree
* Experience: 3-5 years, Energy/Finance analytics
* Strong analytic skills with experience using consumer insights, qualitative and quantitative analysis and data to drive business decisions
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other data analysis tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong time-management skills; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable results
