Job Description Summary
The Sr. Regional Sales Manager – Albertsons and West is responsible for all GoGo squeeZ USA product sales for the specified region. This role will provide full-service leadership of the external Broker Partners for the respective region and serve as the Company's primary representative of these businesses. This individual will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for sales, volume, trade spending, profit and broker management. Additionally, strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy & Planning, Category Leadership, Sales Finance, Retail Excellence, Marketing and Supply Chain will be critical to the success of this role. Key accounts include but are not limited to: Albertsons and Regional West grocery chains.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive, data-driven sales plans that align with brand strategies, utilizing detailed syndicated and shipment data to drive execution with customers and broker partners
- Act as the primary representative of the Company, accountable for sales, volume, and the effective management of trade budget systems ensuring the highest standards are upheld
- Oversees and provides clear direction for the Company’s sales and marketing initiatives by delivering engaging presentations to top retailers, distributors, and brokers within the region, showcasing a stellar ability to influence and drive results
- Manages and supervises broker communications, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration to achieve sales objectives
- Take ownership of the trade promotion budget, ensuring it is effectively utilized to achieve budgeted net sales for all GoGo squeeZ products within the allocated trade budget
- Lead customer meetings to present marketing strategies and new item programs for GoGo squeeZ, demonstrating an ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth
- Ensure all professional objectives are aligned with the sales organization and the Company’s overarching goals and vision, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business
Qualifications
Minimum degree and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
- Must have 5-7 years of successful CPG sales experience, preferably involving broker sales management and supervision
- Technology Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required, along with the ability to analyze and interpret syndicated data using Circana / Nielsen database
- Language Skills: proficient in written and spoken English required
- Experience calling on Albertsons strongly preferred
- Preferred location of candidate: Boise, ID area

Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in a field environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 65% business travel may be required.

- Base Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
