As a Sr Principal, Industry Ecosystem Strategy - Healthcare, you will:
Mature and drive a GTM innovation and offerings strategy to unlock and grow strategic partnerships with system integrators to accelerate the business plans of the industry sales and Go To Market teams supporting Healthcare
Translate the strategy and focus areas of the industry teams into partnership strategies, initiatives, and solution and offerings development passionate about System Integrator partners and ISV partners that tell our industry platform story aligned to key personas
Develop a partner-driven (inclusive of ISVs, GSIs/Sis) industry GTM offerings roadmap for the Healthcare industries aligned to market segment and geographies to support profitable growth
Drive the solutions and programs all the way through go-to-market activation and enablement across all groups of the GTM workstream including Sales, Alliances, Value Management, Pre Sales and CX with the ultimate goal being to improve presentation rate and driven win rate in the Healthcare industry
Collaborate with Partner Sales and respective partners to demonstrate the GMT offerings to drive growth via sourced and influenced ACV
Coordinate and collaborate with the teams across the organization, especially industry solution marketing, alliances, product and product strategy, pre sales, value management and sales to align on strategic focus areas, initiatives and objectives
About You
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience related fields such as business development, management consulting or ecosystem strategy
6+ years shown experience in business development or application consulting in the Workday ecosystem on the Workday platform
4+ years proven track record working with GSI/SI's in a business development capacity and GTM offerings and industry solutions
Other Qualifications:
Understanding and staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.
Deep understanding of Workday Products and the key personas they support, primarily with a focus on the Financials side
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed environment and shown initiative in taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities, deliverables and results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in public speaking, presentation, and written communication advised at a technical and business audience at all levels of an organization as part of a financials software sale
Activate strategic partners to build and co-sell industry-specific groundbreaking-offerings to accelerate Workday's growth and FINS sales as measured by an increase in a driven win rate.
Effectively connect with partners to establish relationships, and drive partnership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build joint-go-to-market strategies with partners
