Our client, a digital advertising agency in Nashville, is looking for a Sr. Paid Media Manager to join their team full-time. This is a hybrid role, with WFH flexibility.
The Sr. Paid Media Manager will report to the Executive Creative Director and collaborate with SEO, content, creative, and web development teams for holistic campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, modifying and tracking paid campaigns. This role will manage the ads team but will also be expected to be hands-on with campaign execution.
Sr. Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:
-Act as a true paid channel expert for all media clients (specifically paid search)
-Plan, implement, and optimize search campaigns on Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
-Manage paid campaigns across channels such as Facebook/Instagram, Programmatic, Twitter, LinkedIn advertising platforms to maximize client's results and effectiveness
-Monitor PPC metrics, set up alerts, and address discrepancies
-Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure best practices
-Write compelling ad copy to drive high CTR and conversion rates
-Analyze tools like Keyword Planner and SEMrush for campaign opportunities
-Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and feedback
-Eliminate wasted spend by identifying underperforming campaign aspects
-Determine optimal bid strategies for maximum ROI
-Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments
-Work with internal teams (SEO, content, creative, web development) for holistic campaigns.
-Present strategies and results to clients
Sr. Paid Media Manager Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in an agency setting
-Proficiency in Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, and data mining
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with Googles products (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube)
-Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads, Programmatic Ads
-Strong analytical skills and experience presenting campaign insights
-Experience managing lead generation & sales-focused paid campaigns
-Experience with Local Paid Search and PPC for franchise models.
