Position Overview:As a Sr. Marketing Specialist II, you will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating automated, cross-functional marketing projects that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey. Responsibilities:- Quarterback complex Personalization projects across Site, CRM and Paid Channels
- Own project briefs, timelines, requirements and details; ensure stakeholders are clear and up to date
- Design and work with technical teams to create, manage and optimize automated programs leveraging advanced segmentation to create highly personalized automated campaigns on Site and CRM
- Continuously monitor key performance metrics of assigned projects to assess program health, effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute A/B tests to continually improve program performance
- Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data to build and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments/cohort behavior, preferences, and needs to effectively tailor content and timing for maximum relevance and impact
- Prepare reports on trends and performance for presentation to senior management and other stakeholders as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field
- 5-8 years of previous marketing experience
- At least 1 years' experience in Lifecycle or email marketing role
- Project lead on at least one majorproduct launch including business case development, identifying landmarks, defining technical requirements, A/B testing and optimizing for results
- Analytical chops to define success criteria, analyze data and surface actionable insights
- Proficiency in platforms such as Excel, Salesforce and Adobe Analytics
