As a Sr Marketing Manager in Corporate ISC, you will be accountable for developing and executing external marketing strategies for the commercialization of our supply chain digital tool. You will play a critical role in driving profitability by identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, driving brand awareness, and developing marketing collateral. This role will partner with the software's program management team and developers to create a value proposition that addresses customer needs across a variety of industries. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be an integral part of shaping the strategy from inception and driving a cohesive go-to-market plan.
You will report directly to the Sr Director of Process Excellence and will work from the Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid 3+ work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve customer engagement and drive brand recognition
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs across a variety of industries
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing, collateral creation, and industry conferences
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry partners
- Manage the CORP ISC Analytics team's internal communications platforms including monthly newsletter and build out of internal website
YOU MUST HAVE
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and strategic planning
- Experience in driving customer engagement within the industrial sector or supply chain
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful software marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills, self-starter, and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-directed & motivated with a bias for action
