JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst - Channel (Tridium)to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing Salesforce (SFDC) data, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, they will manage channel master data, program data, and necessary financial reporting. This role requires a strong thoughtful mindset, commercial and channel excellence knowledge, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.

In this role you will be in a forefront of driving channel and commercial excellence by managing commercial data, creating meaningful reporting and providing analysis and insights for Tridium's global commercial organization.

This role will report into Channel Excellence organization and is opened in Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Create, maintain, and regularly update SFDC reports and dashboards (SBI, NPI, Pipeline, MDF, etc.).
  • Perform monthly account reporting for the sales organization and quarterly SIP reporting.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and actions to drive commercial success.
  • Manage channel and program data and necessary reporting.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights focused on commercial excellence for the internal organization.
  • Work with commercial and product functions to tailor insights and analysis needs to a specific Tridium's business model.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce (SFDC) management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work self-reliantly and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with commercial or sales excellence.
  • Experience in a channel distribution model B2B organization.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI.
