We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to build our property management organization's project management function. Your sense of absolute ownership of an initiative and your eye for detail will be what drive the team to success. You will work closely with senior leadership to align project goals with the organization's strategic objectives and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This position will be expected to lead and execute projects and demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices, including the adoption of project management tools and technologies.
• Create and manage cross-functional plans, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (and external vendors if applicable) to define requirements and manage timelines.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders; conduct regular project reviews and status meetings.
• Document and analyze current processes to determine effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions according to the current and future needs of the business.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed; manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to senior management and internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
• Steer teams based on business objectives, and continuously align teams to those objectives, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Intermediate to Advanced skill in business analytics, track record of translating data into insights to support business decisions
• Expert knowledge of project management software tools (Asana preferred)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-directed (directing cross-functional teams and C-Staff).
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage through times of uncertainty and change
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence with the ability to work effectively across teams, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization.
• Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement preferred.
