Key Responsibilities/ Requirements and design:
- Lead a team of Guidance software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with operational objectives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software engineering processes and practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Ensure the successful execution of software engineering projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Lead strategic initiatives for the Boeing SW programs
- Software Requirement design and coding, Integration, Certification, Verification especially on Guidance, EFIS and CI F Areas
- Feature Definition, Customer Support, In service support
- Ability to code in multiple languages
- Analytical skills & software development skills
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 12 years experience in Various SW life cycle.

- Knowledge of Configuration Management tools (Clear Case, Clear Quest, DOORS, ACM etc.,)
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with several functions and teams, both internal and external.
