The Spare Parts Specialist is a pivotal member of the Aftermarket team. This is front facing role, where you will regularly interact directly with customers daily. Managing the responsibility of effectively handling multiple customer accounts with exceptional people skills and attentiveness. The Spare Parts Specialist maintains strong relationships with our customer as they handle request for quotes and sees orders through to delivery. In this role, they quickly resolve concerns affecting customer orders ensuring that PAR Systems continues to deliver excellent product and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in customer service or related field in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree.
* Strong communication, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills are required to coordinate the efforts and information between teams and customers.
* Proficiency with office computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
* Basic estimating/procurement experience
* US Person
