POSITION SUMMARY:
The CPQ Software Engineer is responsible for participating in designs, development, testing and implementing product configuration models using Infor CPQ development tools and technologies. The scope, size and complexity of these efforts will vary from enhancements to existing product lines or large scale projects to introduce a new window or door product. As technical skills advance development assignments will become larger and more complex. Andersen Windows is a leader in using product quote and configuration technologies to support our high volume/high variety custom manufacturing. This position is located at Andersen's Corporate Administrative Office in Oak Park Heights, MN.
POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret business requirements and technical design specifications into product configuration code
Develop test plans and test cases to be used in the execution of unit and system testing to ensure product model quality
Assist with the deployment of product models into the production environment
Assist in the documentation of business and functional requirements
Develop technical requirements and user application documentation
Provide end user training and support
Collaborate with other Software Engineers and IT Business Analysts to develop functional and technical specifications by interpreting business, product and technical requirement
POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience with a variety of leading-edge development languages and platforms
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to generate creative solutions
- Strong focus on customer service and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience

COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
