YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong programming skills with knowledge of C#, C++, JAVA, JAVA Script, Python, PowerShell, and PL/SQL programming languages.
WE VALUE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical Support or system administration
- Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong database skills to troubleshoot and optimize database performance
