The objective of this role is to improve sales by generating leads using machine learning models. Models can use diverse input data sources to generate high-confidence leads. Tune models based on feedback from sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build data pipelines to generate leads for Sales teams.
- Evaluate the model performance through A/B tests.
- Create dashboards to report model performance.
- Add unit and integration tests, productionize and fine-tune data pipelines.
- Gather requirements and communicate status to cross-functional teams.
- Work with Data Scientists to integrate their model improvements.
Experience:
- Expertise in Python & SQL (5-10 years)
- Experience building and productionizing data pipelines (3-5 years)
- Experience with production deployments in Cloud (3-5 years)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Object oriented programming (Java, C++) (5-10 years)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $112.43 to $124.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
