The ShopCom PMO Lead is a newly created position in a high-visibility team within the organization. The ideal candidate will support the ShopCom team, Trade Marketing team, Customer teams and Brand Marketing teams to project manage and deliver on over-arching projects. You will work closely with the hiring manager to assist in building online and in-store strategy, define teams processes, assist the team, and support the agencies.
The candidate will need to be onsite 1-2 days a week at their Parsippany, NJ Office. This will be a 40 hour/week and long-term freelance role.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Omnichannel Shopper Experience Director in building ShopCom marketing strategies involving in-store and online Retail Media execution.
- Assist the director with developing and streamlining processes within the ShopCom team to drive overall efficiency and efficacy.
- Collaborate and support cross functional teams (Trade Marketing, Brand marketing, Sales team, eCom team) on ShopCom projects
- Support Director in leading the ShopCom team (6 members) and agency teams by driving successful integrations of strategy and execution
- Passion for data and analysis as 50% of the role will be spent in building budget trackers of various types and analyzing campaign performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of managing teams and/or agencies
- 3+ years in Retail media campaign management/building Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, Instacart etc.
- Digital marketing and data analytics experience
- Must have expert level excel skills with experience creating macros, slicers, pivot tables and more
- Experience in online and in-store consumer activations
- Experienced project manager
- Proficient in Powerpoint
- Cross-functional collaborator
