Service Contracts Administrator - Government:
Collaborates closely with the Service Sales organization to prepare quotes for coverage related to preventative maintenance and equipment repair across the North America Region.

Your role:

• Collaborate with the Service Sales organization to develop, review, and manage service quotes for preventative maintenance and equipment repair, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Lead all phases of service contract management, including invoicing, dispute resolution, contract modifications, and reconciliations, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.

• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, navigating complex contract requirements and fostering partnerships across teams.

• Contribute to process improvement projects, procedure development, and team training initiatives to promote operational excellence.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values teamwork, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in sales support, contract management, or a related customer service environment; prior experience in proposal development or government contracts is a plus.

• Your skills include proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.com, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

• You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $22.57 to $27.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
