Our tech client needs a Senior UX Researcher to join their team for a 6 month contract for 40 hours/week, fully remote!
The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for the following:
- Plan, lead and execute research to understand the context and needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation.
- Work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team of designers, effectively integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases.
- Communicate research findings through artifacts such as presentations, charts, and visuals.
The ideal Senior UX Researcher should possess the following:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and conducting research projects on web-based and mobile apps utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, benchmarking, etc.
- Must have experience with tools including UserTesting, Qualtrics and OptimalWorkshop to conduct research
- Preferred experience with knowledge management tools such as Dovetail
- Must have extensive experience as a storyteller to explain complex topics and make them easy to understand for all stakeholders.
- Must thrive on highly technical and complex environments and be able to deal with uncertainty.
