As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in
developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve
supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be
accountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with
cross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve
business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic
thinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization.
You will report
directly to our Senior Director
Program Management and you'll work out of our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield,
CO locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role,
you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing
initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices
in procurement and supply chain management.

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationship
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices, integrating larger Honeywell organizational practices while maintaining a nimble, quick Sourcing organization
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Compensation: $138000 - $172000
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
- Excellent
negotiation and contract management skills
