As a Senior Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a driving force in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our production equipment. You will identify critical spares and preventative maintenance processes to instill a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role involves the development and implementation of robust reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes, with a keen focus on driving initiatives to elevate our reliability practices. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product manufacturing process. Your guidance extends to analyzing equipment failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting advanced reliability testing to validate and optimize equipment performance. Efficient budget and resource management, ensuring the team operates with maximum effectiveness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Guide and manage the reliability process, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing guidance, mentoring, and maintenance procedures to team members.
* Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes, aligning them with organizational goals.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability engineering practices and methodologies.
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product manufacturing process, ensuring a holistic approach to equipment reliability.
* Act as a key liaison between engineering teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
* Analyze equipment failure data to identify root causes and trends, implementing corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce down time.
* Utilize advanced reliability testing and thoughtful methods to validate and optimize manufacturing performance.
* Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Provide expert technical guidance and facilitate to the engineering team and other stakeholders, contributing to the overall knowledge and skill development.
