Senior ISC Program Management Manager
As a Senior ISC Program Management Manager at Honeywell Integration Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, sourcing managers, site managers and others and ensuring the successful execution of a key transition program. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell.
In this role, your impact is comprehensive, encompassing strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of a transition program, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee program management activities
- Develop integrated schedules, risk management plans, budgets, and execution metric reporting
- Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines
- Use SAP to evaluate piece part and product planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success
- Provide leadership and guidance to the program management team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Strong listening skills to understand challenges and driving solution planning and execution
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
