Responsibilities:

• Lead design consultations, translating business needs into compelling visual strategies.
• Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design visually stunning campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive creative environment.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions for both live and virtual events.
• Create impactful graphics and presentations for business development proposals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong conceptual thinking and design skills demonstrated through a compelling portfolio
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience designing for the financial services sector
• Expertise in designing interactive presentations
• Ability to lead creative ideation sessions and design sprints

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.25 to $43.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
