As a Senior Channel Operations Specialist for Building
Automation at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and
optimizing our channel operations. You will be responsible for developing and
implementing strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drive
growth through our distribution and partner channels. Your expertise in channel
operations and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be
instrumental in ensuring the success of our channel initiatives.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Channel Excellence and you'll
work out of our Atlanta, GA office on a hybrid work schedule after your first
90-days with Honeywell.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our channel operations,
driving improvements in productivity, profitability, and partner
satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel operations and drive
growth
* Lead engagement with counterparts in Honeywell corporate channel team,
including driving efforts to define and standardize best-in-class channel
policies, programs and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Building Automation (marketing,
analytics, sales excellence) to streamline processes and improve
efficiency
* Own the vision of our partner portal and partner with IT and other functions
to deploy this vision and enhancements.
* Maintain ongoing competitive assessment of the channel program, provide
regular analysis and reports to senior leadership and make recommendations to
ensure the program remains best-in-class
* Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement
* Identify and implement best practices for channel operations
* Provide support and guidance to channel partners to ensure alignment with
company objectives
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of channel operations to ensure
compliance with policies and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE
* Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel operations or related
roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
* Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
