You Will:

Lead the design and execution of complex data optimization integration strategies aligned with enterprise goals and governance standards.
Translate our needs into technical requirements and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across platforms.
Monitor and resolve integration issues, applying root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices.
Develop comprehensive documentation including data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and process maps.
Deliver reporting that creates insight, understanding, and action.
Present recommendations to leadership and influence decision-making.
Collaborate with teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
Mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis, documentation, and partner engagement.
Identify opportunities to expand Data Optimization services to new areas of the business.

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant business experience, with a focus on data integration and enterprise systems.
Experience supporting projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with data management, governance, and integration best practices.
Proficiency in SQL; experience with tools like Syniti ADMM, Data Migration Cockpit/LTMC, Winshuttle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
Demonstrated ability to influence across levels and lead through ambiguity.
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
