As a Project Development Manager for air separation adsorbent and versal alumina solutions here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects to solve high impact separation challenges and grow our business in these dynamic segments. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of these projects, ensuring their successful execution and commercialization. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to drive innovation and continuous improvement in these areas.

You will report directly to our HSP Specialties Senior Business Leader and you will work out of our Houston, TX or Rosemont, IL or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have an impact by driving technical excellence, project management, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the growth, competitiveness, and success of Honeywell Separation & Purification in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage projects related to air separation adsorbents and Versal aluminas, including setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of these products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, product development, and improvement
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Conduct regular reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables and meet project timelines

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $159,000 - $200,000

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of air separation adsorbents and/or aluminas
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical expertise in the development and implementation of these products
  • Knowledge of industry standards and customer requirements
  • Passion for safety, sustainability, and compliance

WE VALUE

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in the field of air separation adsorbents
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
