Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs
As
a Sr. Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role
in providing high-level administrative support to our executives and senior
leaders. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings,
coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. Your
attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in
ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the success of our
leadership team.
You will report directly to our Vice President of Human Resources and you'll work out of our Morris Plaines, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our executives
and senior leaders, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities and
strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage calendars and schedule
meetings for executives and senior leaders
* Coordinate travel arrangements and
prepare itineraries
* Handle confidential information with
discretion and maintain confidentiality
* Prepare and edit documents,
presentations, and reports
* Assist with event planning and
coordination
* Conduct research and gather
information as needed
* Provide general administrative
support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence

YOU
MUST HAVE
* 5+ years of experience as an
administrative assistant or similar role
* Strong organizational and time
management skills
* Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur and SAP or similar systems

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration or related field
* Experience supporting senior executives or senior leaders
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively
