The Joint Venture Accountant will provide accounting and analysis support to two Joint Ventures within the Engine Systems Product Line.
***This role will be performed in a hybrid work format, with the individual splitting their time between our offices in Endicott, NY, and remotely. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must reside within a commutable distance of Endicott, NY, or be willing to quickly relocate to the area. Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.***
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Accounting responsibilities for both Joint Ventures
- Billing and Collections support for both Joint Ventures
- Supporting all external and internal audits, where required
- Supporting monthly account reconciliations and other activities, where required
- Analyzing escalation trends as needed and report to management for updated catalog pricing or contract negotiations
- Performing cash applications for both Joint Ventures
- Seeking out projects to continually improve processes
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree and 4 years of relevant, professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams and joint venture partners
- Ability to develop solutions and provide process improvements where needed
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in Accounting
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
