Senior Account Manager
Position Overview
Our Pharma client is looking to add a Senior Account Manager to their in-house agency team. This Senior Account Manager will support internal brand marketing teams with modular content development. They will be the first point of contact for brand requests as it relates to new product launches and updates to existing content.
This role is:
- Fully remote, EST based candidates preferred
- 40 hours/week
- Through end of 2025
- Equipment will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture internal relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with brand marketing, legal, and creative teams.
- Develop modular content for new product launches and update claims for existing products.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Coach and influence business partners on best practices for content development.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management in an agency setting.
- Strong marketing knowledge and experience in executing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
- Experience with pharma clients or familiarity with the MLR process.
- Must have experience with Workfront or Wrike.
