We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform. You will also collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality and functionality of our solutions.

You will report directly to our Service Cloud Manager, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our customer service operations by developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather requirements, converting Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to technical specifications, and

• Deploy custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with business and project managers to ensure the quality and functionality of our solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and analysis experience
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Community Cloud
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Familiarity with data modeling and process mapping
