We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform. You will also collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality and functionality of our solutions.

You will report directly to our Service Cloud Manager, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our customer service operations by developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design cloud-based solutions for our Service Cloud platform
* Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies
* Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the Service Cloud solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud functionality and integrations
* Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve our Service Cloud capabilities

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and analysis experience
• Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Community Cloud a must
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
