Must Have: 2 Years Comercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsment (CDL+P)

This position reports to the Manager of Support Services and provides general supervision over Coach Operators and ensures a safe workplace.
What we're looking for:*
- Conducts Coach Operator evaluations and meets quota as expected per the SOP
- Follows up with Coach Operators regarding their evaluations and performance
- Ensures a smooth vehicle pull out process
- Effectively responds to accidents, breakdowns, and passenger related issues
- Monitors Zone as assigned and ensures service remains efficient
- Provides backup dispatcher relief as required
- Assists with customer compliant resolution as required
- Completes daily report to submit to the department manager
- Assists with disciplinary processes for Coach Operators on an as needed basis
- Ensures all Coach Operators are Fit-4-Duty when they arrive for work
- Communicates effectively with management
- Manages daily workflow through an assigned tablet
Must haves:
- You are at least 22 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Punctual in attendance
- Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
- Ability to be an outside the box thinker
- Must possess and maintain a valid commercial drivers license
Good to haves:
- Customer service: 1 year+
- VTT
