Patient Population:Level III Maternal and Neonatal Designation
Number of Beds: 10 Labor and Delivery Suites, 4 obstetrical emergency beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACU beds, 5 high risk antepartum beds.
Department Specifics: Strong team atmosphere and culture of unity, over 200+ deliveries per month, Board-Certified OB Physician on-site 24/7, numerous labor support tools, strong focus on quality and process improvement, including active participation in the Texas AIM Plus initiative, focus on individual's career and future goals, and strong unit nursing certification rate.

Job Summary
Your role as Nursing Supervisor involves supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high patient care levels. Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Associate's Degree
- MAJOR - Nursing
- EXPERIENCE - (2) Two Years of Experience
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
